Not happy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, don't worry - we're here to help.

You can return the product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding postage and packing costs), or exchange it for a different product of equivalent value.


To qualify for a refund, a receipt or proof or purchase will be required.


Any item you return must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.


Please return your item to the address shown on the delivery note which was sent with your order.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.


All shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount of any refund.


Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment card (or original method of payment) and you will receive the credit to your account in accordance with the terms of your card issuer.
